It aims to be a $100- million company in 2 years, and to achieve this the company is to acquire every year 2-3 firms in India, China and Ukraine with revenues of $5-10 million. IndusLogic recently merged with Lambent Technologies of Nagpur, which provides outsourced wireless software product development services. Following the merger, its revenues were $30 million and it added 250 persons to its staff of 750. IndusLogic also delivers critical mass in telecommunication and voice over Internet protocol (VoIP).
