The purpose is to use TiFiC's platform to complement Columbitech's offerings to add unique functionality for automated user support that will decrease customers' costs for support, maintenance and deployment of new services. Through this cooperation Columbitech offers TiFiC's world-leading technology as an integrated component of its offering.
