Distribution Partnership Into EMEA; Company expands reach of Google's
enterprise search products in EMEA

BRUSSELS, (Belgium) -- Ingram Micro EMEA, a division of Ingram Micro
Inc. (NYSE:IM), the world's largest technology distributor, today
announcedthat it is set to expand its partnership with Google to
distribute the company's enterprise search technology into Europe,
Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Following a similar partnership agreed in June 2007 covering North
America, Asia and Latin America, Ingram Micro will now distribute the
Google Mini and Google Search Appliance (GSA) to businesses of all
sizes within EMEA. Google's leading search technology allows companies
to easily find all forms of corporate information, quickly and securely.
The distribution deal follows increasing demand for Google's enterprise
search products in EMEA. Ingram Micro's extensive reseller base will
help to create and fulfil customer demand across the region by now
making Google search technology accessible to organizations of all
sizes across all industries.

Both products are highly customizable and designed to allow rapid

retrieve information stored on a corporate Intranet, Web server, file
server, content management systems and other locations in a secure and
highly relevant manner. Information can be found in more than 220
different file formats and in more than 100 languages. Both products
use the same interface used for conducting Google searches on the
Internet,, making it familiar and easy to use.

in select regions to identify, recruit and train suitable reseller
partners to sell both products, and provide technical support after the
sale. Ingram Micro will extend this service to other regions as needed
based on demand.
