BPO Management Services Announces Four Contract Wins

By Susan J. Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor

BPO Management Services (BPOMS), a full-service business process outsourcing company focused on serving middle-market enterprises, announced Thursday four contract wins.

These contract wins include customers using the company’s human resources outsourcing (HRO) solutions. This announcement comes within 3 months of the recent acquisition of Human Resource MicroSystems (HRMS), a provider of human resources solutions for middle-market companies.

"We are pleased to acquire and retain customers so soon after the integration of our HRMS acquisition," said Patrick Dolan, chief executive officer of BPOMS, in a Thursday statement.

Dolan continued: "Providing an enhanced HR product for growing middle-market companies allows us to demonstrate our strength in delivering the critical infrastructure needed to manage HR functions efficiently. We look forward to communicating the value of a full integration of our BPO suite of offerings to our new customers, while expanding our partnership with renewing customers."

The new contract wins for BPOMS include RadPharm, a provider of radiopharmaceuticals and medical practices, as well as the Lindner Center of Hope, a supplier of care for patients with mental health and substance use conditions.

Strong performance and customer satisfaction led current contracts to be extended with Larry Flynt Publishing Inc. (LFP) and Hit Entertainment, a producer of children’s programming.

BPOMS is positioned as offering a diversified range of on-demand services, including human resources, information technology, enterprise content management and finance and accounting, to support the back-office functions of middle-market enterprises on an outsourced basis.

BPOMS also aims to support middle-market businesses new to the BPO market, established businesses already outsourcing, and other organizations seeking to maximize return-on-investment from their in-house workforce.

The proper management of human assets for the enterprise is one of the more challenging tasks in any industry. While people are often the companies most valuable asset, they can also be the most difficult to manage. As a result, many companies turn to outsourced solutions for many aspects of their business to reduce the amount of internal management necessary.

Organizations operating in the middle market are quickly increasing in numbers, creating a stream of significant opportunities for companies such as BPOMS. With proven performance in back-office support operations, the company can help to drive demand for its solutions.

These new and extended contract wins so soon after the integration of the company’s HRMS acquisition help to affirm customer perception and market positioning for BPOMS.
